This site is our company showroom. It describes our own ready-made software products (each of which has its own website and terms) and our custom website and software development services. Submitting the contact form, or chatting with our project assistant, is an inquiry, not a purchase or a binding agreement.

The project assistant

The chat bubble on this site is an AI assistant, not a person, and it can make mistakes. Its replies, including any prices, timelines, or recommendations it gives, are informational and not a quote, invoice, or contract. Only a written agreement signed by both parties creates a binding commitment for custom work.

Pricing shown on this site

Prices listed for our website and app development tiers are starting prices for typical projects. The final price, scope, and timeline for any custom project are confirmed in writing before work begins, based on a discussion of your specific needs.

Custom project ownership

For custom website or software projects we build for a client, unless otherwise agreed in writing: the client owns the resulting code, and the client's own hosting and domain accounts remain the client's property. Ownership of the delivered work transfers upon full payment as agreed for that project.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including not to submit false or abusive information through the contact form or chat, not to attempt to disrupt or overload the site or its chat assistant, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the site or the project assistant will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability
